Please read our terms and conditions below.
1. Our services include Chiropractic care and Chiropractic appropriate consultations and recommendations exclusively.
2. Prices are laid out on our website. These are subject to a small increase which clients will be made aware of in advance.
3. All new patients will need to have a consultation and results appointment before starting care, regardless of circumstance, changes to this is only at the Chiropractors discretion.
4. Chiropractic should NOT be considered as an alternative to A&E or emergency health care. It is a holistic alternative health care which focuses on the neuromuscular skeletal system.
5. Our care does not automatically include X-rays or further scans or investigations. If these are appropriate we withhold to right to refer clients back to their General Practitioner to either await results or continue conservative care, case depending.
6. In rare incidents the Chiropractors at Bath Chiro may decide that a client is not appropriate for our care, either due to presentation, behaviour or unachievable demands. If this is the case Bath Chiro withholds the right to discharge such a client who can then return to their General Practitioner or an alternative Health professional.
7. All Chiropractors are insured both for professional indemnity and public liability, and are registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
8. Clients can terminate their care at Bath Chiro at any time, and receive a refund for any monies which the client has in credit if they have purchased a prepaid plan. We would ask that notice and a brief note as to why the client is stopping care to be communicated with us in some form, (either email, phone or in person) so we can look to address any issue or concern and do an appropriate handover to another health care professional, if this is appropriate.
9. In the rare circumstances where there is no Chiropractor available, either due to sickness or injury, it may be unavoidable to cancel appointments, reschedule or an alternative Chiropractor will be in place for that appointment. All clients to expect clear notification through email, phone or txt should this situation arise.
10. All clients are requested to give 24 hours notice minimum for cancellation or amendment of booking, with the exception of extenuating circumstances. A fee of the full amount of their visit may be charged, this is at the Chiropractors discretion.
11. All information provided to be as honest and complete as possible, and is considered confidential in line with the GCC code.
12. At the Chiropractors discretion appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled should a client be more than 5 minutes late.
13. Please arrive with appropriate payment method, debit cards/ credit card or cash.
